Privacy Policy

Trovagem is a soccer card collection, comps and trading platform, operated by Eslin Ventures LLC ("we"). This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. Questions or requests about your data can be sent to support@trovagem.com.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password, and the date you accepted our terms. Sign-in is handled for us by a service provider, and we never see or store your password.
- Your collection: the cards you add, with any purchase details and photos you choose to provide.
- Your watchlist, saved searches and preferences. If you turn on notifications, we also store what is needed to send them to your device.
- Photos you take or choose when identifying a card. These are processed by a service provider to identify the card, and are stored only if you add the card to your collection.
- If you give us your email address on our home page to be told when Trovagem opens, we store that address and the time you gave it.
We use this information to run the app, to keep your data separate from other users', and to notify you when you have asked us to. We use a small number of cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember that you accepted our terms. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing with the community
If you tick the "share with the community" box on a submission, the photos and reported price you provided, once reviewed and approved, become visible to other users as community-reported data. A submission you don't share stays private.
eBay data
Sale prices and listing data shown in Trovagem come from eBay's official APIs and may include information eBay makes public on a listing, such as the price, item title, images and the seller's eBay username. We don't use eBay sign-in and never collect your eBay credentials.
Your data and deleting your account
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@trovagem.com. You can also delete your account yourself from your account settings. Deleting it removes your account, collection, photos, watchlist, saved searches and preferences.
Photos and prices you chose to share, and that we approved, stay in the shared card data. They are anonymous: they are not linked to your account, name or email. Anything you kept private is deleted.
Backups may briefly retain your data after deletion.
Who we share data with
We don't sell or rent your information. We use service providers for hosting, storage, sign-in, card identification and notification delivery. They process data on our behalf to run the app and don't use it for their own purposes. Some of them may process data in the United States or other countries.
Children's privacy
Trovagem isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
