Trovagem shows historical eBay sold-price data and live eBay listing prices for soccer trading cards. Everything on this site is for informational purposes only. Nothing here is financial advice, a professional valuation, or a guarantee of what a card is worth or will sell for.
Historical sales data
Comp values, stats, momentum, and bid guidance are all built from past eBay sales. These are facts about what has already happened, never a prediction of future prices. A small sample of recent sales is flagged as limited data rather than hidden, but even a large sample only describes the past.
Live listing prices
Where shown, live listing panels reflect current asking prices from active eBay listings. These are not sold prices, and not evidence of what a card will actually sell for.
Price ratings
We label a price (underpriced, about right or overpriced) in two places: the asking price you enter on a card's page, and what you paid for a card in your collection. The label compares that price with the median of recent sold prices for the same card. It describes the price and nothing more. It is not a prediction, a valuation or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and it is not personalised. The comparison behind each label is shown with it.
Watchlist alerts
If you turn on watchlist alerts, we can tell you when new listings match a card, a set of variants, or a search you asked us to watch. An alert tells you how many new listings there are and which cards they are. It never tells you a price, and it never tells you to do anything about them. Prices and listings stay in the app, where they are live and current.
An alert is a statement that something exists right now, not a prediction that a price will move, and "new" means new to us since we last checked. We check once a day, so an auction can begin and end between two checks without us ever mentioning it.
Your own decisions
Any decision to buy, sell, or bid on a card is yours alone. Trovagem doesn't recommend buying, selling, or holding anything. A price label describes how a price compares to past sales, and is not a suggestion that you act on it. Trovagem isn't responsible for the outcome of a transaction you make using information shown here.
